Roland Worton has worked alongside churches, ministries and conferences; in cross-cultural and multi-generational settings, for the last twenty five years. He is currently part of the executive pastoral team at Sojourn Church in Dallas TX, and is the founder of Soundforgers, an organization committed to the release of creative initiatives. Roland’s passion also includes working extensively in the Middle East with emerging underground church networks. Roland has been married to Shirin for twenty-two years, and they have two teenage sons.
