Michael Williams is a retired senior pastor, West End United Methodist Church, Nashville, Tennessee. The author of numerous articles, stories, poems, plays, and books, he served as general editor of The Storyteller’s Companion to the Bible series from Abingdon Press. Michael has been a featured storyteller at the National Storytelling Festival. He and his wife, Margaret, live in Nashville and have two adult daughters.
