Laura Walker
Laura J. Walker is a bestselling, award-winning author of more than 20 books, including Thanks for the Mammogram, Mentalpause, and Other Midlife Laughs, and Reconstructing Natalie (Women of Faith Novel of the Year.) She has been nominated for an Agatha Award and a Lefty Award for her mystery novels. She won the American Christian Fiction Writers Best Novel award for her Dreaming in Black and White fiction debut. An Air Force veteran formerly stationed in England, Laura is a rabid Anglophile who lives in Northern California with her Renaissance-man husband Michael ("Mr. Christmas") and their two rescue terror-iers in a wannabe English cottage where they watch British mysteries and dream of England. She and her husband attend their neighborhood Episcopal church, where they used to sing in the choir until their voices went south.
