Shelli M. Poe is Assistant Professor of Religious Studies and Director of the Initiative for Vocational Inquiry at Millsaps College. Her scholarship focuses on Friedrich Schleiermacher's theology, African American studies in higher education, and the intersection of modern and liberation theologies.
