Dr. Warren has been preaching and teaching the Word of God for 36 years. He founded Word and Faith Fellowship Church in 1983. He also worked for 12 years with Teen Challenge Ministries, teaching Bible classes at the Maryland State Penitentiary and the Baltimore City Jail. He received his Doctor of Ministry degree from Family Bible Seminary and has ministered internationally in outdoor crusades. He and his wife live in Baltimore, Maryland, and have three adult children and six grandchildren.
