Kim Chaffin
God is in the everyday moments that many people overlook. This is where Kim Chaffin finds lessons from God, practical lessons that find their way from her heart to her keyboard. Kim created Heartfelt Ramblings of a Midlife Domestic Goddess® to help people see that God doesn’t ask us to be religious, but he wants to have a relationship with you and me. He is comfortable, like a pair of fuzzy socks or pajamas that feel so good after a long day. Priest Lake, Idaho, is Kim’s favorite place to write. She cherishes summer days spent at the lake. Beyond the pages of Simply Blessed, Kim is a contributor for the Whatever Girls Ministry (thewhatevergirls.com) and LivingBetter50 magazine (livingbetter50.com). God has not only given Kim a passion to write but also the desire to speak. She finds joy in sharing the Lord at women’s events, weekend retreats, and sermons at church. Kim is a wife of twenty-eight years and a mother of two. She is also a graduate of Eastern Washington University, where she earned a degree in sociology with an emphasis in crime corrections. Kim believes we must never stop growing and learning, which is why she is taking online classes through Portland Bible College. Her sense of humor and heart for the Lord can be found at her website, heartfeltramblings.com, on Facebook at facebook.com/HeartfeltRamblingsOfAMidlifeDomesticGoddess, Instagram@heartfelt_ramblings, and on Twitter at @Mom4Godalways.
