Holly W. Whitcomb, a graduate of Yale Divinity School, is a trained spiritual director and the author of four previous books, including Seven Spiritual Gifts of Waiting. A United Church of Christ minister who serves as the director of Kettlewood Retreats, she frequently speaks at churches, retreat houses, and conference centers around the country.
