Dr. Rodney and Adonica Howard-Browne are the founders of The River at Tampa Bay Church, River Bible Institute, River School of Worship, and River School of Government in Tampa, Florida. In 1987, they moved with their three children from their native land of South Africa to the United States. They have been called by God to reach out to the nations but America is their primary mission field to see the Church revived.
