The author is an early childhood educator with experience in teaching toddlers. She uses her creative bent of mind, her passion for teaching preschool children and her experience in the field to write animal picture story books based on innovative teaching concepts. Her unique books help tiny tots to learn shapes, colors, numbers, letters and words effortlessly while enjoying humorous stories and illustrations.
Though her lucidly narrated stories are written mainly for preschoolers, the subtle humor ingrained in the illustrations and the text of the stories could be equally enjoyed by older children and grown-ups as well. Her favorite hobbies of drawing and painting help her in illustrating the stories in exquisite details and colors that make animal characters spring to life with natural expressions.
She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences and lives in Bangalore, India, with her husband and two children.
