Deborah S. Koch is the author of How to Say It: Grantwriting, which shows how nonprofit organizations can use words effectively to make the case for their projects. Koch’s book contains critical tips on crafting attention-grabbing proposals and discusses writing grants in difficult economic times. Koch has an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy School. She has experience with both Congressional and foundation fundraising.
