A seasoned writer, Carol Grace Stratton has written two other books, Lake Surrender, and Changing Zip Codes (a devotional for movers). In addition, she has penned more than 500 articles in various publications including InTouch, CBN.com, Your Church magazine, and was a reporter for Mooresville Weekly for a few years. She is a contributing writer for Christianity.com, and she blogs regularly on carolgstratton.com, where she talks about family, faith, and God’s connection to the modern woman. Carols’ experience working with special needs students and their parents led her to realize she needed to capture a story that embodies their struggles. In Deep End of the Lake, the sequel to Lake Surrender, she continues her story with Ally Cervantes, who struggles with balancing career, family, and remarriage. Carol also speaks to women’s groups such as Newcomers and MOPS and has taught a blogging class at a local bookstore.
