Carmen M. Gaud is an ordained member of the Methodist Autonomous Affiliated Church of Puerto Rico and an affiliate member of Edgehill United Methodist Church in Nashville, Tennessee. Carmen has studied at Seminario Evangelico in Puerto Rico and earned the doctor of ministry degree from Vanderbilt Divinity School. She served as the international editor of El Aposento Alto (the Upper Room devotional guide in Spanish) at the General Board of Discipleship.
