The Bible says fear of the Lord is the "beginning of wisdom" (Psalm 111:10) and the "beginning of knowledge" (Proverbs 1:7). Proverbs 14:27 even calls it a "fountain of life"! But do people really understand what is meant by the "fear of the Lord"?
