Many times we find ourselves in situations that leave us feeling as if God has forgotten about us. We think things like, Why doesn't God help me? Often, we take what seems to be the easy road, only to find out we should have taken a different direction.

W. D. Taylor was a teen when he went so far out of God's will that he found himself in prison, chained up like a dog. While being locked up as a young man, he found out that God does answer our prayers. Sometimes the way we think we should go is not the way God had intended for us. We live in a world full of all kinds of choices, and God gives us the freedom to choose; you can choose your way or his way.
