The Life of Christ: From the Gospel of John Student Manual

The Positive Action Bible curriculum helps students learn about the God of the Word, not just about the Word of God. Teaching young people to seek the majesty and grace of God in everything, this curriculum aims to magnify His majesty, works, and nature, and help students look for how God reveals himself through a message that shines through context, culture, and language.

In The Life of Christ, high school students will embark upon a study of the Gospel of John. Featuring maps, photographs, and recreations of biblical landmarks, The Life of Christ looks at the ministry and work of Jesus within Israel's historical and geographical context.

Seven units (35 chapters) provide one lesson per week for an average school year. Each chapter begins an introductory lesson and scripture reference to read, and includes student work to complete, charts and diagrams to fill in based upon the teacher's lecture, and "Digging Deeper" assignments that often require readings or research in outside sources. This student book is designed to contain all of a student's written notes for a school year as they listen to the lessons provided in the Life of Christ Teacher's Manual (sold-separately); the teacher's manual also includes the chapter quizzes and unit tests.
