Being raised in a minister's home has given Pastor Richey a depth of biblical insight. He has extended his education with degrees in Sociology from Lamar University, Secondary Education from Steven F. Austin University and Master of Religious Education studies at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He is an active member of the Orange County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and a member of the Orange County Health Department Preparedness Team and a Red Cross volunteer.
