Simply Classical Curriculum Manual, Level B

Simply Classical Curriculum: Level B -Essentials, Etiquette, and Ear Training Lesson Plans for One Year is part of the Memoria Press special-needs classical readiness program.

Level B is designed for those with the approximately mental age of 3-4 and focuses on manners, letter identification, music, counting, art, crafts, and Bible stories.

The lesson plans are broken up into individual tasks for each subject for each day. For example, for Day 1 on Week 2, tasks are given for prayer, calendar time, alphabet lesson/ear training, number lesson/fine-motor skills, literature and language, poetry/music, manners/games, Bible literacy, and a closing prayer (a blank box for enrichment or therapies is also included for parents to fill in if needed). Each task has a checkbox to easily keep track of which assignments were completed.

A pre-test assessment is provided along with a rubric for parents to assess skills to be developed during the program.
