Revisioning Christian Unity: The Global Christian Forum puts on record the story of the Global Christian Forum gathering that took place on November 6-9, 2007, at the Jumuia Conference and Country Home in Limuru, near Nairobi, Kenya. That gathering turned out to be an extraordinary and historic event, a new departure in the search for Christian unity and common witness involving all the main traditions of the Christian church worldwide. It was a decisive moment in a process that began in 1998 and since then continues to gain momentum. The main purpose of this volume is to preserve the memory and provide access to the full collection of documents for contemporary and furture church workers, theologians, students, and researchers.
