He has been involved in education and Christian ministry more than 25 years. He served as an elementary school teacher, director of a Christian academy, Children's Ministry Pastor, and currently serves as Senior Pastor of Trinity Outreach Church in Annapolis, Maryland. His love for children is reflected in the passion that he displays as the Executive Director of Kidz Club Inc. a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of disadvantaged children. In addition to his studies and experience in education and business, he received his theological training from Christ for the Nations Institute, Dallas, Texas. Pastor Carrette has been married to his wife Eulita for 22 years. The couple has two daughters, Sheila and Kimberly.
