Richard E. Gribble, CSC, teaches in the Department of History at Stonehill College in North Easton, Massachusetts. He earned his Ph.D. degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. He has also earned degrees from the Jesuit School of Theology, Berkeley; the University of Southern California; and the U.S. Naval Academy. This is his fourth book.
