Let the Rain Fall

Alyson Evans couldnt wait to leave home and follow her dreams, but after six years of living abroad and trying to find herself, she finally realizes its time to stop running. When her parents announce that they are moving, Alyson decides to buy the family home. She knew moving back home would be an adjustment, however, she wasnt quite prepared for the flood of memories that soon overwhelm her. Alyson is forced to confront a painful and unresolved past. She thought she was over Ben, but why did it still hurt so much to remember? Alyson soon discovers that the only way she can move into the future is to open the door to the past. Kelly Leigh Halsch, author of the Pathway of Light Series, completes her Bachelors degree in English at Biola University, in the spring of 2009. She currently resides in Huntington Beach, California, although her heart splits its time between Rochester, New York; California; and Europe. Kelly spends a lot of her time with friends that might as well be written in as her characters, and her characters that she knows as well as friends. After graduation, she plans to travel to experience more of Gods glorious creation, as well as to be inspired for her next great story.
