Learn2Lead Track 3: Understanding Leadership

What kind of leaders does God want in the local church? We have mixed expectations for our leaders-we want them to be forthright but gentle; capable but humble; authoritative but cooperative. Who would be a leader with a job description like that? This 10-unit course introduces the principles for biblical leadership for those who want to serve at all levels in the local church.
