Indebted

In the 16th Century forests of Berkshire England, young Wren finds herself without mother or father. Last seen in the castle garden, the mother of twelve-year-old princess Wren has disappeared. King Belodawn seems to blame his daughter for the disappearance and avoids her in favor of spending time in conquests away from his castle.

When Wren is befriended by Aleric, son of the castle cook, she believes she will discover a way to escape the confines of her loneliness.Daring to leave the kingdom of Greenham, Wren ventures out to Shaw, the land of King Olerion. There she is confronted with a task so impossible, she will need something beyond her own strength to carry her through. Her greatest strength has led her into bondage to a nightmarish dragon.
