Heroes of the Early Church

Charles Spurgeon once referred to Richard Newton as "the Prince of Preachers to the Young." In Newton's Heroes of the Early Church, the lives of nineteen early Christians are highlighted in detail for their steadfast commitment to the Christian faith, even in the face of persecution and martyrdom.
