Health Lifepac 4: Preventive Healthcare and First Aid

This one-semester, high school elective carefully considers the Christian view of health, moving from knowledge of the physical systems of the body to the importance of good nutrition, healthy exercise and personal hygiene. Students will learn to identify the components of a healthy lifestyle and set reasonable goals to achieve total wellness.
