She is a 1975 Graduate of Bowman (Anson) Sr. High School, Wadesboro, North Carolina, also a 2000 – 2006 Graduate of Christian Life School of Theology. She has an Associate, Bachelor and Master of Theology. She is a member of the Christian Life School of Theology Alumni Association. She is married to the Rev. Joe B.
