Apostle Ballard has served in the ministry and Office of the Prophet for over 20 years around the United States and has now been commissioned by the Lord Jesus the Christ to plant a church in San Francisco as the headquarters. The vision and mission is to plant churches all over the USA and internationally as the Lord directs.
