D'Nealian Handwriting is the original continuous stroke handwriting program! It's based on a few simple connecting strokes that children then use to write in cursive.

Lessons are divided between two units: Writing Manuscript Letters and Writing Cursive Letters. Upper and Lowercase letters are practiced together for manuscript writing, and separately for cursive. In both chapters, regular "review and evaluation" sections are integrated and children learn by first tracing and then writing.
