Discipleship

Preface:

The book represents the teaching I have had the privilege of giving on my broadcasts of New Testament Light, heard over radio stations across the US and Canada.  From the tapes of these broadcasts, Dr. Alma Stewart ha written the material in this book, and she is to be highly commended.

This book is proof that she has correctly grasped the meaning of the Greek New Testament which i have been diligently studying and teaching for 59 years.

Dr. Stewart came to AMG International in Chattanooga, Tennessee, as a volunteer, and her knowledge of the ancient Greek language and her training as a missionary have helped her to join in a comprehensive manner the meaning and significance of the words fo the Greek New Testament for the English reader.

This book on Discipleship attempts to reduce into simple English the often complex meaning of Greek words and grammar.  Hopefully, it is not her last attempt to fulfill the great need of a better and more adequate understanding of the New Testaments' teaching on topics of importance to the body of Christ.  Dr. Stewart and I feel we are under obligation to clarify this teaching by making it as simple and understandable as possible.

It is for this purpose the Dr. Stewart undertook the study of the subject of discipleship.
