Diaries of Chinese Martyrs

Read the diaries of three Chinese Catholic believers and one Italian bishop who, between the 1950s and the 1970s were imprisoned in Mao Zedong's prisons. The book describes the abuses, the violence and the harsh interrogation techniques thousands of Christians were subjected to in China during the Maoist era. The horrific accounts of Mao's concentration camps find a glimpse of hope only in the faith these brave Christians showed and who were able to forgive their persecutors.
