Called of God: Extracts from My Utmost for His Highest on the Missionary Call / Digital original - eBook

When you think of Christian missions, do you envision aviators flying deep into the forests of Ecuador or doctors building hospitals in Burundi? When Oswald Chambers thought of the missionary call, he considered it first as a call to "be" and then as a call to "do." In these short devotionals drawn from My Utmost for His Highest, Chambers shows how the gospel of Jesus is the message of redemption for the whole world. We are to live as redeemed people who participate in the ongoing work of redemption—which is the heart of Christian missions.
