This 8-session video study, 12-15 minutes each, to Stasi Eldredge's book, Becoming Myself, invites women to participate more fully in the process of becoming who God wants them to be. The 14 chapters of the book are broken into 8 sessions. This video study invites you to take a deeper look at your life and to continually invite Jesus into the areas that surface. Some of the areas explored are getting "unstuck", the influence of your mother on your life, suffering, body image, letting go of negative thoughts, and moving beyond your fears.
