Attendance Registration Pad - Large (Package of 6)

Record attendance every Sunday and connect with members during the week! Church members and visitors record basic information on the Attendance Registration Pads. Not only will you gain basic information on new visitors and keep accurate records of attendance, but also space available for prayer requests or other new information helps the pastoral staff keep up with church member's needs. Each 8.5" x 11" pad has 50 sheets of paper with spaces for date, member/attendee's name, address, phone number, email address, interest in membership, and prayer requests, plus two perforated sections for visitor information that can be torn off and placed in the offering plate.
