A Mother's Prayers

The words we, as mothers, speak over our children have power. We can help mold them into bright, confident, strong, spiritual children. We want to raise them in the ways of the Lord Jesus Christ, and we can by the words we speak over them. Prayer is our lifeline to God to be in the dwelling of God's blessed assurance. We can rely on Him to help us raise our children in the admonition of His saving grace. The mercy of the Lord Jesus is upon us mothers, and nothing can harm our children if we constantly pray and proclaim the Word of the Lord Jesus over them. This book is a compilation of words and prayers I have spoken over my two beloved children. I have seen positive results. They excel in all they do. Most of all, they are obedient children. I want the same for your children. Constantly speaking positive, affirming words and abiding in prayer will compel them to grow in the full admonition of the Lord and, therefore, will bring success into their lives. The book includes "A Mother's Diary," a place for you to record special memories of your children. Jayanti Manigat and her husband, Matthew, are dedicated to caring for orphans in Haiti. Jayanti was born in a Sindhi family home in India. She converted to Christianity and was baptized as a born-again Christian at age fourteen after an encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ. She is best known for her sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and her ability to receive answers to prayers. Many testimonies have been given by people who have received answers to prayers when she has prayed for them. She resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her husband and two adorable children, John Sundar and Grace Jayashree Manigat.
