A.B. -The Unlikely Founder of a Global Movement

If Christian and Missionary Alliance founder Albert Benjamin (A. B.) Simpson were alive today and you were to commend Him for starting a movement intent on taking all of Jesus to all the world, he would likely respond, "You’ve got the wrong guy. That wasn't me. That was Christ in me!"

The fact is that Simpson was an imperfect man who faced the life struggles common to us all. He was fraught with fears and insecurities, battled to strike the delicate balance between work and family, and often allowed life's maladies to drown out its melodies - in short, a seemingly unlikely founder of a global movement. But when he committed his life and work to the Father, rested in the all-sufficiency of the Son, and tapped into the power of the Holy Spirit, BIG THINGS HAPPENED.
