Joni Eareckson Tada, Ruth Chou Simons & Emily A. Jensen

Joni Eareckson Tada is CEO of Joni and Friends, a global ministry that serves the practical and spiritual needs of people with disabilities. She is also an artist and the author of numerous bestselling books, including Joni; A Place of Healing; and When God Weeps. Joni and her husband, Ken, reside in Calabasas, California.

Ruth Chou Simons is a bestselling and award-winning author of several books and Bible studies. She is an artist, podcaster, and speaker, and the founder, CEO, and chief creative officer of GraceLaced, a Scripture art brand. Simons uses each of these platforms to spiritually sow the Word of God into people’s hearts, making deep truths beautifully accessible with her signature art and relatable communication style. Ruth and her husband, Troy, are parents to six boys—their greatest adventure.

Emily A. Jensen is the coauthor of several books for moms including Risen Motherhood and Gospel Mom. She is also sole author of He Is Strong: Devotions for When You Feel Weak. Emily lives in central Iowa with her husband and their five children.

Jani Ortlund is a well-known writer and conference speaker. She is the wife of Raymond Ortlund Jr., who is an author, a former seminary professor and pastor, and the president at Renewal Ministries. Jani, a former schoolteacher, holds a master’s degree in education and serves as executive vice president at Renewal Ministries (ortlund.net). The Ortlunds have four children and fifteen grandchildren.

Caroline Cobb loves to tell God's "big Story," helping you to rehearse and respond to it through music and writing. Since 2013, Caroline has released five full-length "Story-telling" albums. She is also the author of Advent for Exiles (September 2024). Caroline and her husband Nick live in Dallas, TX with their three children Ellie, Harrison, and Libby.

Jen Oshman is an author, speaker, church planter’s wife, and mom of four teen and young adult daughters. She has served as a missionary and church planter for over two decades on three continents. Kristen Wetherell is a wife, mother, writer, and speaker. She is the author of numerous books for adults and kids, including Help for the Hungry Soul; Teach Me to Pray; What Makes You Beautiful; and the For the Bible Tells Me So board book series. Kristen is a member of The Orchard and lives in Chicagoland with her husband and three children.

Glenna Marshall (BA, Union University) is a pastor’s wife and mother of two sons. She is the author of The Promise Is His Presence; Everyday Faithfulness; Memorizing Scripture; and Known and Loved. She is a member of Grace Bible Fellowship in Sikeston, Missouri, where she and her husband have served for over twenty years.

Abbey Wedgeworth is a wife, mother, Bible teacher, and writer. She’s the author of Held: 31 Biblical Reflections on God’s Comfort and Care in the Sorrow of Miscarriage and the Training Young Hearts children’s book series. Abbey and her husband, David, live on the South Carolina coast with their three boys. They are members of Hilton Head Presbyterian Church (PCA), where Abbey serves in the worship, women’s, and children’s ministries.

Kathryn Butler is a trauma surgeon turned writer and homeschooling mom, who writes regularly for the Gospel Coalition, desiringGod.org, and other platforms on faith, medicine, and the power of great stories. She’s the author of many books, including the Dream Keeper Saga, a middle-grade fantasy series with Christian themes, and the Lamplight Series of decide-as-you-go adventures.

Aimee Joseph has spent many years directing women’s discipleship and ministry at Redeemer Presbyterian Church and in Campus Outreach San Diego. Sharonda Cooper (MEng, Massachusetts Institute of Technology) serves as content coordinator of women’s initiatives for the Gospel Coalition. She is a coauthor of Turn Your Eyes and a contributor to Fruitful and Unto Us. Sharonda is currently pursuing her MDiv in apologetics and philosophy from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and lives in Austin, Texas, with her family.

Starr Meade served as the director of children’s ministries for ten years at her local church and taught Latin and Bible for eight years at a Christian school. She is a graduate of Arizona College of the Bible and has authored a number of books. Starr has been a mother, a missionary, a school teacher, a director of children’s ministries, and an author. The calling she feels most honored to have been given is that of support to her husband through ten years of Alzheimer’s disease. That ministry ended with his death in 2023, a few months short of their 50th wedding anniversary.

Christine Palmer (PhD, Hebrew Union College–Jewish Institute of Religion) teaches courses on Hebrew exegesis and biblical theology and has contributed articles on Israelite religion and culture in several publications, including the Archaeological Study Bible. 

Emma Ford (MDiv, Covenant Theological Seminary) is a writer and pastor’s wife. She is currently pursuing a ThM at Covenant Theological Seminary and is a member of South City Church (PCA) in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Christina Fox (MS, Palm Beach Atlantic University) is a speaker and author of Tell God How You Feel: Helping Kids with Hard Emotions and Like Our Father: How God Parents Us and Why that Matters for Our Parenting. She works as the assistant director of alumni relations at Covenant College. She and her husband have two sons and reside in the Atlanta area, where she coordinates a soul care ministry at her church.

Amy Warren (MAHT, Westminster Seminary California) is Bible Project Manager at Crossway and is a member at Christ Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Wheaton, Illinois.

Ashley Emmert is a freelance writer and editor who lives in Chicagoland with her husband and four children. She has written for Her.meneutics, CT Pastors, Today's Christian Woman, Christianity Today, Bible Studies for Life, Church Law and Tax, and Just Between Us Magazine.

Donna Thoennes formerly served as a Biola University faculty member in the Torrey Honors College and currently serves as an adjunct professor. She earned a PhD from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and has contributed to publications on parenting, church, marriage, and discipleship, as well as commentaries and devotionals. She is thankful for opportunities to serve as a speaker at conferences, retreats, and on college campuses. Donna is married to Erik and has four young adult children.

Carmen McKenna is the wife of Mike Mckenna and mother of their son, Mason McKenna. Carmen and her family are members of Bethel Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Wheaton, Illinois. She is a certified teacher who has taught junior high and high school at classical as well as traditional Christian schools. Barbara Miller Juliani, MA, Stanford University, is a Bible teacher and author of Come Back Barbara with her father, C. John “Jack” Miller, and Psalms: Real Prayers for Real Life. She is also the Vice President of Acquisitions and Editorial for New Growth Press. She and her husband Angelo have four children and twelve grandchildren. Joy, wife to Hong and mom to Ezra, studied Biblical Studies at Westminster Theological Seminary (MAR). Karin Spiecker Stetina (PhD, Marquette University) is Professor of biblical and theological studies at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University, and author of Jonathan Edwards’ Early Understanding of Religious Experience, The Fatherhood of God in John Calvin’s Thought, and How to Read Theology for All Its Worth. She is passionate about teaching theology that is aimed at loving the Lord our God with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength.

Ginger M. Blomberg is the author of Charlie and the Preschool Prodigal. She lives in the Lowcountry of South Carolina with her husband, five kids, and too many pets. She homeschools and writes regularly for the Gospel Coalition.  

Megan DeVore (PhD, University of Wales) is Professor of Early Christian Studies and Church History at Colorado Christian University. She also speaks at conferences, retreats, churches, and on seminary campuses, and is a spiritual and professional mentor for Denver Seminary. She has authored various articles and chapters on Early Christian beliefs and practices. Megan and her husband are raising three young children.

Dana M. Harris is Professor and Chair of the New Testament Department at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Her current research interests include Hebrews; Revelation; Greek; biblical theology; and archaeology. She is currently working on several books on Revelation. She has taught extensively at retreats, conferences, local churches, and in various overseas contexts. She is actively involved in Church of the Redeemer in Highwood, IL.

Joanna and her husband Ben are loving the fullness of life with their five young children. She also is grateful to serve the church – discipling college women, teaching women's Bible study, and as an Instructor for the Charles Simeon Trust.
