Sandra L. Barnes (Ph.D., Georgia State University) is professor of human and organizational development at Vanderbilt University. She has also taught at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, Purdue University in Indiana, and at Georgia State and DeKalb Technical Institute, both in Georgia. Additionally, she has worked at General Electric Capitol Corporation and at Acxicom. Her scholarly work has been published in and She is the author of (SUNY Press, 2005).
