Dr. Donley has also conducted doctoral work at Oxford University, England. Recognized as one of the leading Bible historians of the twentieth century, Dr. Donley can translate seventeen different languages and was the only American scholar to be invited to the University of Manchester, England to translate a Dead Sea Scroll called "The Copper Scroll." A popular speaker, he has spoken at universities such as Harvard, on television and radio shows, at international conferences, and at seminars in Europe, Canada, the Middle East, Singapore, and in the United States. Dr. Donley has conducted a number of archaeological expeditions in the Middle East and in the Aegean region. He has been a college dean and professor and interned in administration at Yale University and The University of Notre Dame. He lives in Florida.
