George Cargill is a fourth-generation pastor, preacher, police chaplain, writer, and Bible teacher. He has pastored churches in Oklahoma, Iowa, and Missouri. In 2011 he founded Following the Book Ministries, an international online ministry at followingthebook.org that provides a daily devotional podcast with an accompanying ministry Facebook page that provides written content to 507k followers. He is the author of In the Grip of God: Journey into Corinth, a historical novel about the Apostle Paul published by Brimstone Fiction in 2018, which has received five-star ratings on Amazon and Goodreads.
