Mike Kai has led a multi-site congregation in Hawaii called Inspire Church for more than twelve years. His mission to see people fulfill their God-given potential compels him to push forward and advance the Kingdom of God. Mike's heart to equip God's saints and give them the tools to make a difference in their communities sparked the emergence of Equip and Inspire Conferences, attracting people not only from the Island, but from throughout the world. Send Hope International was launched in 2007 through Mike's conviction to support and strengthen church-planters and missionaries alike. He has been involved in coaching, training, and mentoring of pastors from Hawaii, the Pacific Rim, and the mainland US.
