Puddin

Pearl Bancroft was born in Illinois' beautiful Fox River Valley. She was reared in a Christian home, but being an "only child," was lonely. Books became her friends. Marriage to her best friend, Russ, was the highlight of her life, along withs God's great blessing of two children, Kathy and Daniel. They lived in their home in Illinois until retirement, then they were drawn to the North Carolina mountains. Nestled in the charming town of Hendersonville, they have enjoyed fifteen years of absorbing breathtaking views of the Pisgah Mountain Range from their kitchen table, along with the pleasure of developing many wonderful friendships. Books written for those'young at heart' have always been Pearl's favorites. So, with God's prompting and encouragement from husband and friends, came 'Puddin' . . . a story for the young and for the 'young at heart.'
