The Hidden Village

In The Hidden Village by Bonnie Rose Hudson, Manju finds a hidden forest not far from his own. He is confused when he finds the village but all of the villagers are sad, hungry, and in need of help. Why hasn't anyone tried to help them before? Manju's family doesn't believe him when he tells them of the village, but whenever he can he goes trying to help the people. Can Manju really give these people the help that they truly need? Recommended for ages 6 to 7 years.
