Kathy Branzell
Kathy Branzell grew up in a military family that moved frequently, which allowed her to embrace a variety of people and places. This translated into a better understanding of how God calls us to love Him and love our neighbors. Living in dozens of places gave Kathy the heart and mind-set of worldwide neighbors and an appreciation for the likeness of God’s image and differences in the experiences and expressions that God designed in each of us. Kathy loves to encourage people in their daily lives, prayers, and personal relationships with Jesus. Kathy is the national coordinator of LOVE2020 and is on the board of directors for the National Prayer Committee. She also serves The Table Coalition. Kathy is the author of Prayer Warrior: The Battle Plan to Victory, An Apple a Day: 365 Devotionals for Educators, 40 Days of Love: A Prayer-Care-Share Devotional, and a contributing author for The Front Line. Kathy earned a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in Biblical Studies from Liberty Theological Seminary. She is the wife to her childhood sweetheart, Russ, and mom to Chandler and Emily. They make their home in the Atlanta area.
