Known to many as a governmental prophet, he declares the present word of God with authority and imparts the presence of the Holy Spirit wherever he goes, carrying the spirit of revival. Dennis presently travels and ministers under the umbrella of Open Wells Ministries and operates as senior minister of Great Grace International Christian Center in San Antonio, which he pioneered in 1990.
