Saved under the late Apostle Howard Bagwell at the San Francisco Revival Center, he began his ministry on the mean streets of San Francisco. Pastoring as a young man in his 30's, he founded New Life Deliverance Center in San Francisco. He later began ministries in Santa Rosa and Tracy, California.
