Ready for Maths: Shapes

Ready for Maths is a three-step Singapore Math activity book series that develops confidence in early math students.

Step 1 is "Let's Begin" where a math concept is introduced. Step 2 is "Let's Learn" where the student uses the math concept to solve simple problems. Step 3 is "Let's move ahead" where the child confidently uses the concept to grasp more complex concepts and solve more difficult problems. Steps are clearly noted at the top of each page.

Ready for Maths: Shapes is a Level 1 book in the series, and covers attributes, circle,s triangles, squares, rectangles, and shapes in everyday things. Chapters feature fun exercises that include cut-and paste activities, identifying pieces in the same shape/color, sorting shapes, identifying shapes, and more.
