Cross Base & Water Bag Banner Stand

The Cross Base & Water Bag Stand allows you to set up a flag banner anywhere, even indoors. Use this base, instead of the spike, with the Carbon Fiber Flag Banner Pole (item # 5102819) and fill the water bag to add stability.

NOTE: The Cross Base and Water Bag is an add-on for the Pole & Spike Hardware. You will need the pole from the Carbon Pole & Spike for display. The water bag provides the added option for indoor displays (or any display location that does not use the ground spike to plant it firmly).
