Valued for her experience and expertise, Joyce A. Mitchell serves as the staff Leadership Development Team co-team leader for a 1 million-member nonprofit organization where she coaches more than 100 employees in their personal and professional development. Facilitating individual and team development with national-level staff, she is also responsible for the implementation of multiple training events for members held across the United States. Joyce readily admits that she has been leading teams, some successful and some not, for more than 20 years.
